Staff, who are placed by us, will be well supported by the Senior Team in our Organization. Relief coverage may be temporary, full-time, part-time, or for special occasions such as holidays/illness.

Training is provided to achieve customer service satisfaction for the positions of Sales Associate and Finance Manager. Our Course, entitled “Professional Dealership Sales Associate Certification” offers an opportunity for new Sales Associates to learn a distinctive step-by-step process for selling. “Professional Dealership Finance Manager Certification – Outside the Box” is designed for new Finance Managers to learn a unique and proven approach and goes from turning on the computer to delivering the unit. “Power Within the Box” is for seasoned Finance Managers to expand upon their knowledge base to improve upon performance. “Mastering Sub-Prime Financing” is for seasoned, or new Finance Managers, to learn a non-traditional method of presenting finance options to the valued customer prior to gaining loan approval. “Replacement Insurance Excellence” is for seasoned or new Finance Managers, Insurance Agents and Brokers to learn how to present the Replacement Insurance product in the most effective manner.
