Who We Are

AUTOMOTIVE F&I ELITE (AFIE) – We incorporate training programs, and system methods to develop top producing dealership financial services managers and sales associates, in both performance and customer service. The idea was to first launch training for the specific position of dealership financial services manager, and  in a timely manner progress to dealership sales associate training. Thus AFIE became the only organization in the industry to provide dealership’s  access to professionally trained finance managers, and sales associates, who can provide dealership’s coverage for relief, short-term, long-term,  permanent,  any occasion.

What We Do

AFIE is a proven entity.

We successfully created a template process that is suitable and recognized in all manufacture’s stores (Automotive, Marine, RV and Power Sport). We partnered with dealerships across the provinces of British Columbia and Ontario with our innovative programs. We have a clear understanding of what leads to success in strategically focused organizations, and found ways to address the industry’s common problems – Including access to finance office relief coverage for short term or long term, permanent staffing solutions, and how to achieve more satisfying results in the main income generating area of all dealerships.
